Charlie Apple began providing marketing services for the e-skills into business (ESiB) project, managed by e-skills UK, in October 2000, and has remained a supplier to e-skills UK ever since. ESiB is an online business improvement programme providing business and skills diagnostics and online learning courses through a learning and management system. The pilot of this innovative programme ran between January and June 2001. During this time, Charlie Apple were responsible for all marketing activities, including management of PR, event management, copywriting, telemarketing, customer support for end users of the programme, print production, direct mail and were part of the web development team.ESiB Home Page

From July to December 2001, the pilot findings were disseminated and Charlie Apple played a key role in developing the system for roll-out in December 2001. From January to the present day, we have continued to provide marketing services across the discipline, and are responsible for supplying and updating all editorial content on the website. In addition, we are present at all events where e-skills UK are promoting ESiB to the small to medium size business sector, and provide second line customer support during office hours and first-line support outside office hours.

Charlie Apple are pleased to have been a supplier to the e-skills into business project since its inception.
