Charlie Apple were approached by I Feel Good Ltd in October 2001 with a remit to make their annual conference, UnConvention, "bigger and better" than ever before. Having won the contract in December, it was just a few short months to the event date, April 6-7th 2002.

Our recommendation was to add an exhibition to the conference. We then were responsible for liasing with all 15 speakers - arranging travel, accomodation and personal requirements for speakers coming from as far and wide as Ireland and the USA. We also acted as Exhibition Organisers sourcing exhibitors through direct marketing and then providing central contact for exhibitors, suppliers, stand contractors, etc. Working with the internal IFG web designer, we provided the initial web specification and design guide for the microsite of UnConvention and provided all editorial content throughout the project.

The event was a resounding success, attracting over 2,000 attendees to this 2-day phenomenon extravaganza.
